I am currently looking for a transit cosworth for taking my bike to the race meets and would like something a bit different, i missed the chance of buying Colin Macraes old one a few months ago for 3k! Damn it.

I am also looking for an escort that has been converted to 4x4 cosworth either built or all the fab work already carried out. It can be a mk3 or mk4. I just missed one on ebay for 2 grand cos i smashed my car two nights before i was due to travel to go and get it!! Things aint been going very well! If you have any info on either please dont hesitate to get in touch, would love either and have cash sitting waiting.

I am interested in the series 1 if its part built but 14k is outa my league mate, i wanted to build a 4x4 series 1 with around 350 bhp.....

yeah thats what i thought, to be honest i have actually found my old series 1 i had 12 years ago, its being restored just now and i am talking to the guy about buying it so i can 4x4 it. Would love to do it to the car i wanted all those years ago. I really want to build my own as i will never sell this car, ao although the red s2 is stunning and i still want it i would build my own first. Where abouts are you anyway??? Might come for a blether about building and get somepointers wwhen i get a shell sorted.


About the transit......8k is too much i cant justify spending that sort of money on a van to take my bike to the track....not looking for a mint one. just something to play with and noise up some people on the way back from reacing.....

av never needed 14k so much in me life!! that car is awesome!

I added up all the parts i have bolted to the motor also what i paid for it in the first place.

Without labour and time i have spent on this motor it works out to £13,450.

The list is on excel otherwise i would post it up here.
