Due to change of circumstances my white rs turbo is up for sale as well as the white xr3i cab ive now got. The Cab is as follows: Cab is xr3i with good condition white roof (the one on it is mouldy but will try and get new one on as soon as weather cheers up - new cables have been ordered),rs kit fitted (nearly just waiting for weather to clear to finish installing)with rs interior and bonnet from the ERST.11 months mot and 5 months tax.D Plate.Inside floor is very clean no rust and recently smooth hammerited for further protection.Runs very well on the xr3i engine.Very solid car.Last 2 MOTs passed no probs with no advisories.DVLA checked.Just needs a good cut and polish.Drivers door been repaired may need redoing if perfectionist.Was going to put my rs engine in this but is perfectly fine as a rs lookalike with the good xr3i engine.The D plate Escort rs turbo has good history.Im 2nd owner (3rd on book as nan had it before me and was grandads company name as 1st owner). Got original sale receipt and loads of other receipts and mot`s.Rear arches have been replaced but need filling and cutting in.NS front inner wing has been repaired.Battery tray and fusebox is fine.Inside floor smooth hammerited so now clean.Engine is good runner(needs setup), needs new clutch but one is provided and if doing engine swap should be easy swap. Original excellent condition loom, new cat immobiliser fitted. Stainless exhaust to go with it but original one on it is fine, tinted lights and xr3i seats and bonnet as swapped with the cab. Bodykit has also been removed and fitted to the cab.Also there is sticker residue around the car as took all the stickers off.This will come off with a bit of elbow grease.Doors,boot,roof and front wings have no rust.If the rs was to be repaired then would recommend new floor as been patched over the years. Put in for mot and needed £150 to pass (CV boots,tie rod ends,new tyre etc).
All the stuff is there to make an excellent rs turbo cab or if bought by a welder a good low owner example of an rs.
Both cars run and can be driven (tho the rs has a slipping clutch and no tax or mot and needs a setup),the xr3i fully mot`d and taxed.
I would do this myself but im no mechanic, got no room on the driveway and no garage.
Would prefer both to go as now can use company car as private so not needed. I know how much these are worth (especially the erst) so no stupid offers and would really like both to go though if you just want the erst then i can be open to offers.

For both im looking at £1200. The RST has got to be worth £800 for the parts alone and history. And the cab is worth more than £400.The tax alone is worth £100!. If just the cab then im looking at at least £500 but id knock £100 off if both are taken.

So for a weekends work and £1200 you could have a full rs turbo cab.
