Fiesta RST for swap

Ok boys and girls

This is my girlfriends little RST, its a lovely little car that she has owned for about 2.5 years, unfortunatly as there is no use for it the car has been off the road for nearly a year, she uses my range instead

Its done about 90K but we changed the clocks as the old one failed

I have a lots of history with it as well

Little bit of spec on it

Lowered about 50mm

15 inch O.Z superlegera's with good tyres all round

It was white but repainted before we got it in pacifica Blue and its been done very well, all door shuts and under bonnet, could be factory unless you really look hard

De-locked apart from the boot

Clear indicators

Full samco hose kit, boost and water

Standard engine that is perfect, not long had a CVH 34 cam fitted with new followers and a new water pump and cam belt plus fully serviced before it was parked up

About 3 months before it was parked up it had a new rack fitted plus ball joints

Its got a Clifford concept 300 alarm

Scorpion 3 inch exhaust

Boost and volt gauge fitted to a piller pod

Magnacore 10mm ignition leads

Pipercross air filter

The interior is very clean, the seats are practically perfect but the carpet could do with a clean in the front and the passanger door card is fine apart from its been fitted badly

sony CD Head unit with pioneer speakers and some nice 6x9 in the parcel shelf

Ok now for the Bad bits

It has no mot or tax and is now sorned, when i parked it up it still had mot and tax on it but as it was not being used i just did not renew the tax or sort some of the probs to get it through the next mot

It needs a new UJ for the steering as it has some play in it

The exhaust is blowing as the down pipe is not the scorpion one and it dont fit that well, could be made to work properly or you could replace the lot?

The battery is knackered as its been sat for so long

The fan switch fitted in the thermostat housing melted like they all do on CVH's and is wired so it comes on with the ignition, so a new one would be nice

The master cylinder has a leak

One of the wing mirrors are missing

As for the body work it looks really clean and nice but there are a few small parking dents on it but they are pretty small, none have gone through the paint, and a scratch on the bumper, all pretty minor but they are there

It has had the petrol cap panel replaced in the past but there is a small amount of bubbleing where the new panel was fitted, its very minor and would just rub off and a touch of paint will have it looking like new

There is a little bit of rust on the inside of the boot but other than that the car is pretty much rust free

I have really picked on the bad bits but you need to remember that the car is 18 years old and for the age its pretty damn good

If you sorted the UJ, master cylinder, exhaust and put a battery on it it would fly through its mot no problem, and you would have a really nice little RS to blast around in

This is the only pic i have at the moment so please ignore me in this pic and i will try to get some better pics up tomorrow for you all

When she bought the car she paid £2500 for it, apart from the few problems the car has its really nice and great fun to drive, infact the main reason we still have it is she just cant bare getting rid of it, she has even named it Toby the turbo

I value the car at about the 1K mark as it stands but really i want to get something to replace it with, anything will be considered up to about the same value but idealy they need to be a runner as i just dont have time for a project

I know i have made it sound a bit ruff but its really not so i think you should come and have a look if your interested as you will not be disapointed
