The COSWORTH TRANSIT/Full Spec and Pics.

Here we are as requested pics and spec of my bro's tranny.
Hope you all enjoy :wink:

Engine:
Stage 1+ tune.
Mongoose exhaust
RS500 Induction kit Group A.
Collins actuater
Baily Breather System+Header tank.
Collins chip.
4+4 Intercooler(Soon to be replaced by a front mounted forge cooler)
Forge motorsport dumpvalve(Can never hear it as actuater is well LOUD!)
All in all around 270-290bhp.
Not bad for a van though!

Sierra Cosworth uprated gear box
B/M Quickshit
Quaife Diff.

Chassis:
Koni adjustables all round
Briaded Brake Lines through-out
18inch Image Split Rims.

Interior:
Full Electric Scorpio Leather front and rear with harnesses.
Momo Steering wheel conversion
Mondao Clocks (not sure though)
Boost/oil/water gauges.
Full electrics(mirrors+windows+central locking)
Power steering conversion.

Thats the spec for now(It will be changing soon again though )

That is SWEET 8)

Looks very well carried out too. Bet getting rims to fit the tranny stud pattern was a bit of a challenge!

But if he drops similar running gear in a crusty old transit pick up complete with rusty steelies he will be my PERSONAL HERO! :lol:

The Image Rims were Speically made for the transit.
1 piece of the outer rim was 200quid alone.
We know this as he had to replace a slightly buckled 1.

Its now looking better than it ever did 8)

He's had his wheels refurbished cost 1200 quid :shock: Ceramic coated Image split rims on with black centres, the engine has been sorted and it should now have 3 leather recaros in the back :P

Just trying to persuede him its needing more power as 280 bhp is tame :lol:

yeah 280 is a bit tame for one of your mates motors, tell him to stick bens setup in it lol
