If you take the turbo off i can arrange for a courier to pick it up and drop it to me the same day, i can then inspect it and give you a price for rebuild if possible a day later. If you choose to i can then have it sent back to you within a couple of days, balanced with your required components (360 bearing, cutback, bigger wheels etc..)

Just a thought

As for the konis i would seriously think about turning them down. Try them on the track where you can get a true fealing for the suspension and come to your own conclusion. I have tried it set up loads of ways.... When set on hard the rear end is very light and tends to skip. I have them set on soft at the front and half at the rear.

This was how i had to set both my XR3 & S2 for everyday driving and Track.

I would imagine your car would be pretty much the same drive wise, the only difference being i had a S1 rollbar on both cars. As for weight i did have leather in them both at first untill i took it out for obvious gains  :(

:D

I cant really go wiv out the car for any lenght of time so im after a new turbo to do a swap say on a weekend...

Theres a slight bit of rubing on the rear driver side thats why its set on hard..but i need to roll the lip a lil bit more then can adjust them better then..

Dont roll the arch maytee.. This will trap water and and also crack the paint which over time will rust.

IMO the best way to do it is just grind off the excess metal with a grinder then a file and sand paper. A little bit of kurust and then paint over it with some stonechip paint like hamerite etc..

My S2 used to rub only on one side, after i done the above i could fit 215.45.16 tyres which helped round the track.

I hear what your saying about the turbo being off the car for too long.. In that case the only real options you have is to have another Turbo ready to bolt on when you take yours off, or i can send you one if you pay the surcharge for the exchange item, once you take it yours off i can send you your surcharge back in exchange for your Turbo.

just a few ways i could think of.
